Skincare for Oily Skin in Summer
Hot weather makes your skin look shiny. A hot day makes your makeup, moisturizer, and suncream fade. And making you look messy oily here are some of the best tips to fight luster, so you look and feel refreshed throughout the day
1. Use Non Foaming Cleanser
Oil on the surface of the skin is a mixture of sebum, lipids, sweat and environmental goods such as dirt and bacteria. Your skin needs sebum to protect it from the elements, but when it's hot, the heat can make the protective cell layer look oily. Summer is a good time to use mild foaming cleansers instead of creams or oil purifiers because they are usually more efficient at clearing excess oil.
2. Stay hydrated
Keeping your skin and body hydrated through the summer is the key to keeping your skin healthy. When your skin does not have hydration, it needs it to produce more oil to try and compensate for the water shortage. As well as drinking two liters of compulsory water a day, you can use ingredients like hyaluronic acid that helps the skin to retain moisture.
3. Use a Face Mask
Excess sebum can clog your pores that can cause acne. Facial masks once a week can help keep pores clean and clean of dirt.
4. Stop the Sliding Makeup With Primer
To stop your makeup from sliding off your face on a warm primary day is a must. Primer gives you a foundation of something to cling to and not get rid of your skin.
5. Clean Your Face
Sebum is produced by sebaceous glands. These glands are found in most of the body but they are mainly filled in the forehead and chin. After you apply the foundation you use a light dust powder on your forehead, nose and chin. You can also use this powder all day if you look a bit shiny.
