The skin is the largest organ of the human body and one of its features is to describe what happens inside the body. The first thing to do for the skin is to make sure you eat the right foods, drink plenty of water, and choose good treatments. Before doing skin care you should recognize your skin type first to facilitate you in doing the treatment that matches your skin type.

There are five common skin types, namely oily, dry, normal, combination, and sensitive. Sensitive skin may be a combination of one of these skin types, especially dry skin. So make sure you choose a product labeled for sensitive skin.

Dry Skin

If your skin tends to look old, pale, or feels tight, it means your skin is dry. In more extreme cases, dry skin does not have enough elasticity and is very sensitive to sun, wind, and cold temperatures. Because your skin is dry, you should make sure the skin is not exposed to extreme weather for long periods and is always given a moisturizer.
Treatment: Look for a moisturizing bath soap or bubble containing natural oils such as almond oil, coconut oil, or olive oil. If you like other oils, it can also be used. This treatment is recommended once a week. Fill the tub with honey, milk, and a half cup of bath oil, and add boiling hot water. Wait until the water temperature to your liking, then soak for as long as you want, the longer the better. For women, make sure you do eksfoliasi two days and always clean the makeup. Because your skin is dry, exfoliate gently every two days and moisturize the skin every morning and night before bed. Regarding makeup, make sure you only use cosmetics that contain natural products.

Oily Skin

If the sebaceous glands are always in production and the face looks shiny as if you just swam in a sea of oil, it means your skin type is oily. Most likely you are easy to break out. Whatever happens, do not squeeze pimples or blackheads.
Treatment: Your skin tends to attract more dirt than dry skin, so wash your face twice a day with a face scrub that lifts oil and warm water. Use a scrub twice a day so you do not need much use of oil absorbent wipes.

Normal Skin

Some people think that normal skin is a combination skin, but it is not. If your skin is oily in "T area" while dry and tight on the cheek, it is considered normal. The skin also includes normal if it changes according to the weather (drier in winter and more greasy in summer). The skin can also be said normal if normal conditions tend to be oily or normal tend to dry.
Treatment: Wash face with a cleanser designed for normal / normal skin tends to be oily or dry. Apply alcohol-free toner and hydrate the skin. Apply more moisturizer to dry skin.

Combination Skin

Combination skin is a combination of two types of extreme skin on one face. This condition occurs when there is acne and a lot of oil in one area of the facial skin while other areas are generally dry (not greasy).
Two common examples of combination skin are dry skin with papular and pustular acne on the cheeks or normal skin with inflamed papular and pustular acne on the chin and around the mouth.
Treatment: Treat each area according to the description above. If your acne is severe, consult with a dermatologist or aesthetist.

Sensitive Skin

Note that you may have sensitive and normal, oily, or dry skin. If your skin reacts allergic to beauty products and is usually sensitive to sun, wind, and cold weather, it is sensitive. Skin sensitivity can be seen from rash, redness, inflammation, acne, and widened capillary vessels.
Treatment: Look for cleansers, toners, cosmetics and moisturizer that are fragrance free and hypoallergenic. Clean, wipe the toner, and dampen the skin with soft products every day. To treat sensitive skin, choose a product that is soothing. Some of the ingredients to look for are: chamomile, azulene, bisabolol, alantoin, lavendel, camphor, kalamin, rosemary, thyme, aloe vera, coconut oil,
